Marc Roudebush

Marc is an executive coach and culture change consultant whose empathic listening, “tough love,” and deep understanding of the human dimension of business have helped senior leaders achieve breakthrough results in companies as diverse as Google, Bacardi, HSBC, JustGiving, and Axa. Along with his extensive, hands-on experience in coaching and consulting, Marc brings direct experience as a business executive (CEO and Managing Director roles) and the analytical rigor of a social science Ph.D.
